What Subscriptions does
StoreCashier Pro adds Simple subscription and Variable subscription product types to WooCommerce. Each product sets a billing interval and period, number of cycles, free trial, sign-up fee, synchronised renewals, purchase limits, switching rules, grace period and whether customers may pause or cancel. Renewals are scheduled with Action Scheduler.
Gateways that support automatic subscription payments are charged automatically, with failed payments retried on the configured days; otherwise customers receive a renewal invoice e-mail with a pay link and an optional grace period. Customers manage everything from My Account, and a pricing table shortcode and Elementor widget present your plans.
Availability: This module is part of StoreCashier Pro. In the free plugin it is visible as a read-only preview marked PRO.

Subscription products
- Simple and variable subscriptions ProIn both the WooCommerce and StoreCashier product editors; each variation can override terms and features.
- Billing schedule ProEvery 1–6 days, weeks, months or years, with an expiry after a number of cycles or renewing until cancelled.
- Free trials and sign-up fees ProTrial length and period and a one-off fee added to the first payment.
- Synchronised renewals ProBill everyone on the same weekday, day of month or date of year; the first payment can be full, prorated or free until the renewal day.
- Plan switching ProSwitch between variations or grouped packages with prorated upgrades.
- Limits, pause and cancel ProOne active subscription per customer or any number, grace days, pause / resume with a maximum number of pauses, and customer cancellation.
Renewals and lifecycle
- Automatic renewals with retries ProFailed payments are retried on the configured days (default 1, 3, 5) before the subscription goes On hold.
- Renewal invoices ProFor other gateways, a renewal invoice e-mail with a pay link and an optional grace period.
- Statuses ProPending, Active, On hold, Paused, Pending cancellation, Cancelled and Expired.
- Admin control ProChange status with a note, edit next payment, trial end and end dates, process a renewal now and see related orders and switch history.
- Six subscription e-mails ProNew subscription, renewal invoice, payment failed, cancelled, expired and trial ending reminder.
Customers, pricing and reporting
- My Account self-service ProPause / resume, cancel now or at period end, reactivate, switch plan, renew early, pay a pending renewal and choose a saved card or manual invoices.
- Pricing table Pro[storecashier_subscription_plans] or the Subscription Pricing Table Elementor widget, with features, “Most popular” badge, “Your current plan” and a billing-period toggle.
- Subscriptions report ProMRR, ARR, active, new vs churned, churn rate, trial conversion, revenue split and a 12-month trend.
- Internal recurring invoices ProBill a customer every N days, weeks, months or years; a daily task issues the invoices and posts the income to your chosen account.

Can I sell subscriptions with WooCommerce using StoreCashier?
Yes, with StoreCashier Pro. It adds simple and variable subscription products with trials, renewals and plan switching as WooCommerce product types with a My Account tab.
What happens when a renewal payment fails?
With gateways that support automatic payments, failed payments are retried on the configured days (default 1, 3 and 5) and the subscription then goes On hold. Otherwise the customer receives a renewal invoice with a pay link and an optional grace period.
Can customers switch plans?
Yes. Customers can switch between variations or grouped packages, with prorated upgrades, from My Account.
Can I show a pricing table?

Can I bill clients on a schedule without a product?
