What Contacts does
StoreCashier Contacts keeps customers and suppliers in one place. Each profile holds addresses, contact persons, bank accounts, groups, credit limit and opening balance, and shows total sales or purchases, payments and the balance due. Payments recorded on a contact are applied to the oldest due invoices first; anything left over becomes an advance.
Contacts, WordPress users and WooCommerce customers stay the same person. New registrations and new orders create or update contacts, and saving a contact creates or links a WordPress user silently, without sending e-mails. StoreCashier Pro adds richer tabbed profiles, custom fields and quick-add popups everywhere.

Are customers synced with WooCommerce and WordPress?
Yes. Customers and suppliers are linked two-way with WooCommerce customers and WordPress users. Users are created silently, so no e-mails are sent to your customers.
How do customer and supplier balances work?
Each contact shows total sales or purchases, payments and balance due. A payment recorded on a contact is applied to the oldest due invoices first, and anything left over is kept as an advance. Printable statements are available for customers and suppliers.
Can I import my existing WooCommerce customers?
Yes. Every registered and guest WooCommerce customer can be imported in the background; no e-mails are sent.
Can I set credit limits?
Yes. Each customer has a credit limit, and StoreCashier Pro uses it for POS credit sales.
Can I add my own fields to contacts?
