What REST API & Integrations does
StoreCashier Pro exposes its data through a REST API at /wp-json/storecashier/v1 with scoped API keys, per-feature read / write permissions, rate limits, a request log and an interactive developer portal with OpenAPI 3.0 and Postman export. HMAC-signed webhooks push sales, orders, stock, payments and record changes to your endpoints with retries.
On the storefront, eight shortcodes, six Elementor widgets and five WooCommerce My Account tabs bring bookings, subscriptions, lead capture, support, repair tracking, projects and the HR portal to your customers and employees. StoreCashier itself is WooCommerce-native and compatible with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the Cart and Checkout blocks.
Availability: This module is part of StoreCashier Pro. In the free plugin it is visible as a read-only preview marked PRO.
REST API & Integrations features
REST API
- Scoped API keys ProLabel, user, full access or read / write per feature, expiry date, IP allow-list (IPs or CIDR) and rate limit; the secret is shown once and stored hashed.
- CRUD endpoints for every module ProProducts, stock, orders, POS sales, purchases, transfers, contacts, accounts, CRM, projects, tickets, bookings, subscriptions, repairs, HR, approvals, documents, audit and more, with paging, search and filters.
- Action endpoints Pro/ping, /me, /stock/adjust, /pos/lookup, contact payments, account ledger, approval decisions, 21 report endpoints and /openapi.
- Limits and logging ProPer-key rate limit (default 120 requests / minute), optional HTTPS enforcement, brute-force protection and a request log with retention.
- Developer portal ProGenerated from the live routes: authentication, scopes, pagination, errors, webhook signature samples (PHP, Node.js, Python), a per-resource reference and a Try-it console.
Webhooks
- Events Prosale.finalized, order.created, order.status_changed, stock.moved, product.synced, payment.received, deal.won, approval.decided and created / updated / deleted for 25 record types.
- HMAC-SHA256 signatures ProEach POST is signed and carries event, delivery and timestamp headers.
- Retries and redelivery ProFailed deliveries are retried with back-off (up to 6 attempts); every attempt is logged and can be redelivered.
Storefront integrations
- Eight shortcodes ProBooking form, bookable products, booking availability, subscription plans, lead form, support portal, repair status and HR portal.
- Six Elementor widgets ProBooking Form, Booking Availability Calendar, Bookable Products Grid, Subscription Pricing Table, StoreCashier Products and Order Status.

Is there a REST API?
Yes, in StoreCashier Pro: scoped API keys, endpoints for every module, HMAC-signed webhooks, request logs, rate limits and an interactive developer portal with OpenAPI and Postman export.
How do I authenticate?
Send the X-SC-Key and X-SC-Secret headers. Each key acts as a WordPress user, so that user's StoreCashier permissions also apply.
Can I connect Zapier, n8n or Make?
Yes. Use the REST API and webhooks to connect automation tools, mobile apps or another ERP.
Do I need Elementor?
No. Elementor is optional and only used for the StoreCashier Pro widgets; the booking and subscription widgets have shortcode equivalents.
Is StoreCashier compatible with HPOS?
Yes. StoreCashier declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and the Cart and Checkout blocks and uses the WooCommerce order APIs.
