What Repair Shop does
The StoreCashier Pro Repair module runs a repair counter from intake to delivery. A job sheet records the customer, service type, device (brand → device → model), serial and two IMEI numbers, password, PIN or a drawn pattern lock, a pre-repair checklist, condition tags and accessories received.
Estimates can be sent for online approval, parts are deducted from stock at the chosen location, deposits and payments post to your accounts and the job can be invoiced as a WooCommerce order without deducting stock twice. Customers follow their repair through a private tracking link or a public status lookup.
Availability: This module is part of StoreCashier Pro. In the free plugin it is visible as a read-only preview marked PRO.

Job intake
- Customer and service ProExisting, new or walk-in customer; carry-in, pick-up, on-site, mail-in or remote service.
- Device details ProBrand → Device → Model tree (new values added automatically), serial, IMEI ×2, colour, storage, specs and password / PIN / pattern with a draw-pattern pad.
- Pre-repair checklist ProOK / Not OK / N/A per item (powers on, display, buttons, charging port, cameras…), condition tags and accessories received.
- Diagnosis and assignment ProProblem and diagnosis, technician, status, priority, expected delivery, quick estimate and warranty settings.
Estimates, parts and payments
- Estimates with online approval ProPart, labour and service lines sent for approval by e-mail link, or record the decision manually; name, time and IP are recorded.
- Parts from stock ProParts are deducted from stock at a chosen location with gross margin shown; deleting a job returns its parts.
- Deposits and payments ProDeposits, payments and refunds to a payment account with optional receipt printing.
- WooCommerce invoice ProCreate a WooCommerce order from the job's charges (stock is not deducted twice) or link an existing order.
- Warranty and warranty claims ProWarranty period and terms, and warranty claim jobs linked to the original.
Printing, tracking and reports
- Printouts with barcodes ProJob sheet, estimate, device label and receipt, each with a Code 128 barcode; templates can be overridden in your theme.
- Customer tracking link ProA private link to see the status and approve or reject the estimate.
- Public status lookup ProThe [storecashier_repair_status] shortcode looks up a job by number plus phone or e-mail.
- Status e-mails ProConfigurable per status with placeholders such as job number, device, total, balance and tracking URL.
