StoreCashier Pro is a WordPress plugin that turns WooCommerce into a complete business management system: a keyboard-first POS, multi-location inventory, purchasing, accounting, CRM, leads, HRM and payroll, bookings, subscriptions, support tickets, projects, tasks, repair, manufacturing, fixed assets, approvals, documents, an audit trail, a REST API and 60 reports.

Yes. StoreCashier works with WooCommerce products, variations, orders, taxes and stock. Products and orders stay in WooCommerce; StoreCashier adds the stock ledger, payments, accounting and reports around them.

Yes. Existing products are linked and current quantities become opening stock; existing customers are imported without e-mails; and old orders are imported into the reports with the business location “Not selected”, so they never change stock.

The free plugin on WordPress.org covers the POS register, stock ledger, products, barcodes and labels, opening stock, purchases, IMEI / serial tracking, orders and invoices, contacts with sync, payment accounts, balance sheet, core reports and POS staff for one business location. StoreCashier Pro adds the advanced POS, multi-location stock and every business module.

StoreCashier Pro is a separate plugin. Activating it deactivates the free edition and continues with the same StoreCashier tables and settings, so all data is kept. If you later go back to the free edition, your data is still there.

They are read-only previews of StoreCashier Pro modules, so you can see how each one looks before deciding to upgrade. Saving or processing is only available in StoreCashier Pro, and previews never change your data.

In StoreCashier Pro, Settings → Modules switches optional modules on or off. A disabled module disappears from menus, the REST API, My Account and widgets, but its data is kept.

Install and activate WooCommerce, upload storecashier-pro.zip from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it. The Quick Setup wizard opens automatically.

Yes. Log in to the live demo (username admin, password admin) or install the free StoreCashier plugin from WordPress.org, where every Pro module is visible as a read-only preview.

Yes. StoreCashier declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and the Cart and Checkout blocks, and uses the WooCommerce order APIs.

No tracking. Barcodes, QR codes and PDFs are generated locally. StoreCashier Pro contacts a messaging provider (SMTP, SMS or WhatsApp) only after an administrator enables and configures one.

Deactivation never removes data. Tables are removed on deletion only if you enabled “Delete all StoreCashier data when the plugin is deleted”. WooCommerce products and orders are never touched.

Yes. StoreCashier Pro ships with a .pot file covering 8,000+ strings.

Yes. The admin screens have light and dark themes, and the POS register has its own light, dark or automatic theme.
